Please send your item (s) in brand new condition with tags attached and fit for resale to us so we receive it within 60 days of the purchase date.
Please return to LUNA, 34 Northbrook Street, Newbury, RG14 1DJ and make sure you used tracked delivery to ensure we receive it. Alternatively if you are local you can just pop it back to store.
Once we have checked the item we will process your refund. This can take up to 7-10 working days as the banks can take a few days to put the money back in your account after we have issued it.
